Design Notes

Pool orientation: Positioned at rear of property for maximum privacy. Waterfall faces house/deck for best visual from covered lounge area. Steps at near end for easy access from deck.
Bath house placement: Left side (Lot 83 boundary). Sauna on top, cold plunge below — step out of sauna directly into cold plunge. Door faces center of yard.
Shed placement: Right side across from bath house. Reinforced roof structure for zipline anchor. Standard storage below.
Zipline: Runs ~7ft from bath house roof to shed roof. Minimal angle — designed as push-powered trolley for kids. Structural engineer should spec the anchor points and cable tension.
Deck design: Left half is open air for lounging. Right half has roof/pergola cover for weather protection — houses bar, dining table w/ 6 chairs, wall-mounted TV, and lounge seating. Full-width stairs connect to yard.
Drainage: Grade should slope away from house and bath house toward property edges. Pool equipment pad location TBD (recommend near bath house, left side).
Electrical: Pool pump + lights, bath house lighting, cold plunge circulation pump, deck outlets + TV + bar lighting, landscape lighting. Dedicated sub-panel recommended.
Permits required: Pool permit, building permits for bath house + shed + deck, electrical permit, plumbing permit. Charlotte-Mecklenburg requires stamped drawings for structures.
Jenna Lynn side: TBD — to be designed in next revision.
Pool dimensions updated: Widened to 18' × 24' to better utilize the 30' width while maintaining walkways on both sides.
